PT Nastec Germerzindo is a sachet packaging machine manufacturer and specialist based in Surabaya, Indonesia. The company is underlicensed MERZ Verpackungmaschinen GmbH - Germany for producing the same MERZ SYSTEM packaging machine with focusing on Asia standard.

The cooperation has been ongoing for more than 25 years.

Our customers are in various industries, such as pharmaceuticals, beauty, and food.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER

A graduate from Mechanical Engineering department of Universitas Brawijaya, Malang; Mr. Harijanto Hartanto followed his passion in precision engineering. He built a small workshop called PT Nastec Germerzindo. Along with the projects he worked at, he found his passion in flexible packaging machine.
In 1991, he was introduced to Mr. E. Merz through mutual friends and the cooperation begun since then. PT Nastec Germerzindo has been producing certified MERZ System machines for Asia market since then.

ABOUT THE PRODUCTS/SERVICE

Our service includes development, design, manufacturing and sale of packaging machines and special machines / constructions for Stickpacks (small tubular bags) and 3-/4-side sealed bags. Our machine is trusted for its reliability, flexibility and long life. We are exporting 80% of our machines out of Indonesia.
